Great workout today! Take that Indiana! I'll work harder than anyone if you don't let me into your meet. Really happy I got to train today instead of race actually. Looking forward to doubling in the 5k and 3k for NCCAA's next weekend. Hopefully can win both! Crushed the workout today, fun dropping that 2:12 at the end. Probably could've gone 2:08 if I wanted. No need to go all out though right now, that's for outdoor!
