Previewed the Princeton Half course. Fantastic long run, probably the best I've ever had for the distance I covered! 1771 cal burned, 1017 elevation, 189 stride, avg rate of 146. Cut down really nicely for the first 7 miles, then starting cranking pretty good. Some of the miles: Mile 8: 6:07, Mile 9: 6:14, Mile 10: 6:19, Mile 11: 6:22, Mile 12 6:06, Mile 13: 5:51. Nice little cool down in Mountain Lakes after as well. Ran the half with only the second half of the course being fast in 1:26! Pumped to race next weekend!
