Notes

Nice morning run on the treadmill. Repeated the last day of Pfitzinger's Injury Recovery because last time I was really sore when doing it. This time it was really easy! Decent cadence, good pace (compared to previous workouts since my injury), and no pain. Followed it up with some rigorous stretching. I'll take tomorrow off, but then move up to the next day.
