Notes

Intervals of 8:00 on treadmill with walking breaks inbetween. Found it easy to keep up cadence above 180, with good form (though not landing on toes - feels like I'm not putting as much stress on feet that way). Shins burned like crazy during first and second interval so I took it slower the third one. Might be good to repeat this workout one more time before moving up in distance.
