1.5 warmup 3x500, 400, 300, 200. It was supposed to be one set of each and then repeat but it ended up going from longest to shortest. I would shorten the rest time in the future. It was hard to regulate the speed,
I ran with Kathy, Emily, and Lindsey. My right hip did start to ache. I never seemed to get warm and really didn't sweat.
