ASICS 1aaaaGel-Kayano 27 (newest kayano 26)
It was raining out so i ran on the tm. My right knee was aching a bit since Sunday. Coach had me do 4 tonight instead of speedwork. My knee ached up until mile 2.5 and then felt ok after that.
