I think this is the best time yet doing this route! Tried to run/walk like I'll do on the marathon. The out-and-back was in pretty good shape. Felt a little ache in left ankle on the downhills though. Will need to take it easy this week.
Trip up the hill: 47:12
Out-and-back: 1:31:31 (44:19)
Down hill to start: 2:05:20 (33:49)
I guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be.
