Notes

Holy carp is it hot in there! I sweat so much, had bad cramping in my feet afterward. Stopped several times to drink, and drained over a 20 oz bottle of water (maybe 1.5?). Barely finished this run, and almost felt queazy at times, and crampy afterward.
