Notes
A couple of speedy miles in there... ran from Butrovich to Scenic Heights, back to College/FLR intersection and up the hill by power plant. Ran most of the way back up the hill to Butrovich. Didn't want to over do it with Chena River Run tomorrow, but we're getting snow tonight so who knows what the race will be like. No goals other than finish in a decent time (under 24 would be nice....).
