I met up with Colin McKenzie at Miller Hill on the way back. Really nice to chat a bit and catch up on what he's doing. Also helped keep my pace down on the way back. Good run, felt good for most of it. Lots of days in a row though for me. Will take a "rest" day tomorrow because of travel to a conference.
