6.6 first half mile, then 6.8 to 1 mile. 7 mph (8:34 m/m or MP) was base, then alternated between 7.3 mph (8:13 m/m), 7.5 mph (8 m/m) and back to MP (8:34 m/m). good run, felt like I could've gone further/faster.
