ran at redstone. started in front of 5302 and ran down patton road past the fire station/redlight for gate 3 and started to go up the hill. 30:00 out and 30:41 back. i started around 11:30 or so, and it was hot with the sun burning down on me the entire way. i got sun burned. i started out a little quick and slowed down after the 2nd mile some. i was struggling on the way back.
