Last race together for a little while...If I hadn't ran into you at the half back 5 or 6 years ago then I probably would have never gotten into running like I have. You have inspired me to get up out of bed and push myself more times than you will ever know. Thanks.

It has been a team effort. It is amazing to compare where we started to where we are today.

Turn the AC on for west central Texas, 102 degrees today, last night at 9:30pm it was still 92 degrees. The elevation is about 2000 feet above sea level. I think it might take a few runs to get acclimated.
