Did much better this time around.

3x2 @ 6:50 pace (Stretched the last one to 2.5 even)

5 Min recovery 800 in between.

Was happy with my form to (for the treadmill anyway), I didn't feel sloppy or out of control at all. Probably should have run outside, but didn't feel like running in the hurricane force winds,

Nice work. I would like to think the goal pace may even come down by the completion of this program. You going to Market Square in June?

Yea, my next target for this same workout will be to try to get down to 6:45 pace and if I can manage it, work my way down to 6:30 by the end of the year roughly 5 seconds/mile at a time. Ill try to do this once a month or so, the other times will be 800s or shorter intervals to get more speed back.
