Did much better this time around.
3x2 @ 6:50 pace (Stretched the last one to 2.5 even)
5 Min recovery 800 in between.
Was happy with my form to (for the treadmill anyway), I didn't feel sloppy or out of control at all. Probably should have run outside, but didn't feel like running in the hurricane force winds,
