16 Miles @ 8:40 Pace
Didn't feel great this morning for whatever reason, but got it done. Again, went off with no breakfast / half cup of coffee. This time gave myself 10oz of Gatorade & 10oz of water for the trip vs all water last go. Solid longish run at roughly 10% over marathon pace. Trying to do a few more runs early in the morning as the days get shorter and the marathon approaches.
