Very nice day, was low 40 to mid 40's at start. Longest run since knee issues started.
Planned to do 8m at 9:00 pace. Tried to throttle it down for the 2nd and 3rd mile which had some up hill climbs in it, but then figured I would just go with the flow and run a negative split for last 3rd.
