Notes
Original plan called for 15, but since the temps were nice and I was feeling ok, i figured I might tack on a few extra. The first half was faster than intended but the HR was at or under my target goal so I just took it as a good sign.
When I got around 14 or 15 I figured I back off a little and add another down town loop to the end of this run. At that point I figured I might as well go for 20. I was getting a little tired at the end but still had at least a couple more miles in me if I had wanted. The pace was a little more labored at that point but not forced either. Overall a positive run. Will take it fairly easy tomorrow. Still planning to take Sunday off.
