Felt GREAT! Last 2 days took off to massage/stretch legs and IT band.
Broke run into 4 different blocks - fueling after each one - focused on increasing speed for each. (Fuel - 5 oz of Gatorade & 1 Gel pack)
1 - 6 miles @ 7:22 pace
2 - 5 miles @ 7:17 pace
3 - 5.7 miles @ 7:02 pace
4 - 5.3 miles @ 6:43 pace
