Notes
Not as much running as I would have liked to do for today. A pretty shitty day of running honestly. But I didn't have a whole lot of better options. I got up really early to get a full run in before steeple practice. I couldn't run in Loftus cause of football, so I ran outside for part of it, but I had to keep stopping and slowing down, cause there was ice. And it was pretty miserable in the rain. So I ran some more in north dome, which sucked too. Then I thought about doing a second run after lab, but lab took like an hour longer than it usually does. I guess it will just be a good day of rest going into a big race this weekend.
