Notes

Good workout with the CHOMPS. We did 6 sets of 500, 400. The 500s were supposed to be 64-65 pace, and the 400s were supposed to be at 62. 2 minutes rest on everything. It was a lot of fun. We had six guys and the group stayed together the whole time. Nobody fell off which was sweet. And everyone took a turn leading. We were right on pace or a little fast for all of them.

500s: 1:20, 1:22, 1:21, 1:20, 1:21, 1:17

400s: 61, 62, 61, 62, 61, 57

Then after me and Marco did a couple 200s after. That was pretty casual. We kinda just took as much rest as we felt we needed. But we wanted them to be pretty quick since we're getting ready to run an 800 this weekend.

200s: 27, 27, 26
