Notes

Fast and hard workout. The plan was 800@2:05, 600@1:33, 800@2:05, 600@1:33 with 4 minutes rest on everything. At least that's what Piane said. I knew I could definitely go faster than that. Didn't go too much faster than pace on the first set. I think that was the most comfortable 2:04 I've ever run. Then the second set we really dropped it down. All of us put on spikes, and got after it. Jer and JP just went stupid fast on that last 800, but the rest of us were still good. The last 600 felt hard, and I wish I could have gone just a little faster, but I was pretty dead. I felt really tired after the workout, and just didn't think I would be able to do 200s at the end like usual. So I called it a day.
