Notes
Today was pretty hard. It was real early and I didn't get as much sleep as I would have liked. But I got through it. First workout on the golf course. Everyone ran as a group for this workout, but the group 2 guys did less than the group 1 guys. Group 1 did 3-2-1, and group 2 did 2-1-1. So the two was the first 2 miles of group 1's 3 and so on. I didn't feel great. I was laboring through the first mile of the 2 mile so I knew it was going to be a hard day.
2 miles: 10:15 (5:07) rest ~9 minutes
mile: 4:59 rest ~ 9 minutes
mile: 4:51
Hopefully I'll get more sleep the next couple days and be able to have a good workout on Friday. But working out on the golf course did get me kind of excited to race there. #amifitornot?
