Notes
A mediocre race at best. I don't think I would call it horrible, but it definitely wasn't very good. I went out much more conservatively, and therefore I felt a lot better for the first three miles or so. I don't think I pushed myself as hard as I should have. It's just so hard to push consistently for so long. So cross country is probably over for me. But I don't think that's the worst thing ever. It lets me focus completely on track. Just gotta keep training hard and in a couple months I'll be ready to run fast.
