Good workout. Fast and short. Just how I like it.

1000: 2:33

2X600: 1:30, 1:26

4X200: 29.1, 26.7, 27.0, 27.0

So this workout was over so quick that it really wasn't that hard. I was conservative on the K, letting myself slightly drop off early on and then making up the extra ground late, because I felt good. Then 600s are short enough that it wasn't bad. I think we could have done 3 of em. Then for the 200s I tried to give myself a little more rest and go faster on them, because I'm gonna need to go out in 26 this weekend. Not a crazy hard day, but a solid workout. Lifting and core after.
