Notes

Ran some 200s on the track after my run for a little bit of speed going into the weekend. Took 90 seconds rest. Wasn't too bad. I didn't feel crazy fast right away, but after one or two, I started to feel a lot better. For wearing trainers, I feel like it was a really solid effort.
