Worked out with Kidder and Sietzer today. Oh what fun that was. We did the workout that Kidder had planned for the day. It was 3 sets of 3X400. Goal for the first set was 60-61, second set was 63-64, third set was 60-61. 75 seconds rest between reps, and 6 minutes between sets. At first that sounded intimidating to me. I think it's because it's been a while since I've run a 60 second quarter. But everything went well. I honestly felt like I could have gone a little harder. I don't think we needed to take 6 whole minutes between sets. I think like 4 would have been good enough. But it was a good day of work and I'm happy with it.
