Notes

Pretty easy workout today. Short and fast. The main workout was only 2 intervals, so that was extremely short.

4X200: 28, 28, 27, 27

So yeah, not a very hard workout, but kinda satisfying to run a 400 so fast. Makes me feel good about where my speed is at. I know I'm ready to run fast this weekend. Found out today that I'm on the DMR. That is really exciting. I'll probably get the baton in the lead, so the plan is to get out hard, but not too hard obviously. I'm pretty confident that I can run a good leg. Can't wait.
