Not a good workout for me. I felt really bad. Warming up I was pretty tired, and I felt hungry, like I hadn't eaten enough. Then during the workout I had to go to the bathroom and it was just not good. We were supposed to do 3 800s starting at 2:04 and cutting down to 2:01. I lead the first one and screwed up going like 2:07. Then the next I fell off Marc and Jer, and the third one I dropped out after 400. So a bad day. But I'll be fine this weekend. I'm not too worried. Just not very happy. I was able to do 200s after it just fine. We tried to stay comfortable for the first 100 and really hammer it the last 100.
