Had to workout by myself today, and it did not go very well. It just felt hard, and it made it worse that I was by myself. It was harder not having anyone there with me. I was going to do a 3 mile tempo, but I stopped at 2.5 miles because I felt shitty. Then I did 4X400 trying to be around 60 with 90 seconds rest. It just didn't feel good. It felt harder than it should have.
