I called today a fartlek, cause I'm not really sure what to call it. It's not an easy run, but I don't think I should call it a tempo either. So I went with fartlek. It was a solid day. I think my first 3 miles were probably in the 6:30s, then I got actual splits of 6:22, 6:10, 6:06, 5:58. Then the last 2 were probably like 7:00 or slower. I would have liked to get my last couple miles of the progression a little faster, but it's still extremely early in the season and the effort was there. I think that's the main thing. Pretty happy with the day.

Sleep: 8 hours (11:30-7:30)
