Good workout. I'm real happy with myself, because that was a much better workout than on Monday. I did 4 sets of 600, 400. I took 200 jogging rest after the 600, and then about 2 minutes standing rest after the 400s. My goal was to be under 1:45 on the 600s and close to 63 on the 400s, but I was just going to see how I felt and what was realistic and roll with it. And I ended up doing really well. I was happy with it.

600s: 1:42, 1:42, 1:40, 1:42

400s: 63, 64, 62, 64

So overall really solid. I pushed pretty hard on the 3rd set, which made the 4th tough. I took just a little extra time for my last 2 reps, and was able to hit close to what I was hitting before. So a good day. I'll probably take it pretty easy tomorrow, go long on Sunday and then start the week out with either a tempo or another workout.
