Notes
Today I did 5 800s on the track at North with a lap jogging recovery. It was really tough. The wind was brutal. I also didn't really feel ready to run fast. I've only been running for about 9 days since I took a little bit of time off. So it was less than ideal, but it was a good day of work.
5X800: 2:24, 2:26, 2:19, 2:26, 2:18
After the workout I did all my hurdle stuff that I usually do at steeple practice. Then I lifted and did a tiny bit of core. I got a little lazy on the core, but everything else was super duper. So not a great workout, but a good day of training overall.
