Notes

This is pretty much my day off for the week, so I just went out for a very easy run. Jogged from my house to the school, around the cross country course for maybe 15 minutes and jogged back. I'm really glad I didn't do the progression run today, because my legs were just kinda tired and weak. They didn't feel too bad by the end, but definitely didn't feel great. Got some solid core in after. Front plank, side planks, mountain climbers, leg lowers, push ups, pull ups. #yayforcore
