Just calling it a tempo. It was a bunch of random stuff. After the race we wanted to do a little bit of a workout. We didn't do anything very hard, but just wanted to get a little more work it. It was about a mile and a half there, and that was pretty slow. Then I did a 2 mile tempo in just under 11. Then I just wanted to try a little bit of something faster, so I did 2 200s in 28. And that was it. Pretty chill. Solid day of work.
