Notes

Solid workout. Tempoed 3 miles in 14:44 (4:56, 9:52) and it felt pretty good! It was obviously tough, because I'm not fast enough yet for that to feel easy, but I felt pretty smooth. It wasn't too bad. Then did 4X300 with pretty short rest. And that was solid too. Nothing too crazy. We're racing in 2 days. But still a good workout.
