A little bit harder of a workout than expected. We did 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400 with 200 jog rest. The rest was the killer. We didn't go all that slow on the rest, which was a little bit tough. But it was for sure doable. It was weird cause we ran in a long line the whole time. I'm used to packs, but once we get into track there won't be as big of a pack, so it won't be as weird.
