Notes

This is all my warm up and cool down. Warmed up about 3. After the race I wanted to do a little bit of a workout or something. Didn't workout, but I did a little bit of a harder cool down. Averaged just over 6 minute pace for about 3.5 miles. After that did a few hard strides on the track. Not anything tough. Then did some more jogging after with some guys around loftus.
