Solid easy run. Did most of it outside. Was probably running in the 6:40s for most of it. Then got inside and started running with Clev and Happe, who were as always pounding, so I probably averaged close to 6 minutes for that portion. Ankle bothered me for part of it again, but it went away, so I guess I will try not to worry about it as long as it's not inhibiting me.
