Solid distance day. Ran with Grant and Kris for pretty much the whole run. Felt good. We started out really slow, which I hate, but I'm not gonna just drop the whole group like 2 minutes into the run, so we took some time to progress into it. Then around Hi C we probably weren't going crazy fast, but we were cruising a little bit and by the time we got back to the school we were going close to 6:30 pace. So it was good. I'm feeling very good about training for the week. With Weaver tomorrow it should likely be my highest week ever and today I did some steeple stuff and core after, so I've done steeple twice this week and core 4 times, which is good. The little things are going to pay off. I ice bathed too just for helped recovery. I'm going on the fall break trip, so training will likely just get harder. But I'm a happy boy right now.
