Good workout. Did mile repeats on the golf course. Group 1 mostly did 5 and a couple did 6. We did 1, 2, 3, and 5 with them. It was good. I fell off a bit on the third one, but was right up there on the rest. I can't remember exact splits, but they were all right around 4:50. I was kinda mad at the end of the workout, because Piane told me I was in the JV race, but I'll just have to do the best I can with the situation I'm in.
