Another run in loftus. Ran this one a little quicker than yesterday. Or at least parts of it. The first half wasn't real fast. But there was a decent amount in the second half in the 6:20s, and when Jake stopped, I felt really good, so I just decided to pick it up a lot. My last mile was about 5:50. I just felt really smooth going that fast, so I did.
