Good workout with Chris Quinn in Loftus on this rainy morning. Did some 8s and some 2s. Nothing crazy. Just wanted to get a good effort in, and wanted to do something a little faster. I took the first one out a little too hard, Chris took the next one out a little too slow, then 3 and 4 were good. Then the 200s were fast, but felt totally under control.
