Cold dreary run through the streets of South Bend. It was extremely cold and extremely wet. I was soaked to the bone. But it was still a quality run. Got some good distance in. Another fairly tough lift after. We're definitely doing more when we lift than we did earlier in the season. Which I like. I feel like it's actually making a difference. I feel myself getting stronger.
