Good workout with Nick and Marco in Loftus. We did 3 sets of 4X400, and I think it went well. We were thinking about doing 4 sets, but we ran significantly faster than we first thought we would, so we cut it at 3. We took a very short 80m jog between each rep and then 400m jog between sets. Then me and Marco did a couple 200s. It felt kinda hard, but I was pretty happy with the effort.

4X400: 68, 67, 71, 68
4X400: 67, 67, 66, 64
2X200: 30, 29
The day as a whole really really wore me out. I warmed up early so I could do steeple stuff before practice. Then we lifted after, and I just felt exhausted after. The night after practice was just not good. I was in a really icky mood. But it's all good now. I'm just gettin fit, so that's gonna happen time to time.
