Just a normal distance day. Went on the further end for a distance day, which is just goes right along with what I've been doing the past week or so. Just miles and miles. My body felt really worn out today. A lot of soreness in the hips and hamstrings. And also just a lot of overall tiredness. My body just felt tired. Which is probably to be expected from the mileage I've been doing. I played a little bit of football on Saturday as well. Nothing too intense. Just a fun game out on the quad. And I think that could have contributed to the soreness. Strides, lifting, and core after.
Sleep: 8 hours (11:30-7:30) + 30 minutes (10:30-11)
