Not the greatest workout for me. We went to the dreaded Wilson park. And I can see why all the guys hate it. There are 2 major uphills each with their corresponding downhill. And the hills were really rough for me. I just couldn't run the hills nearly as fast as the other guys, so I fell off pretty early. I only ended up doing 2 2ks. I started with them the third one with the intention of only doing one lap (1k), but before I got to the hill, I knew I couldn't do it, so I stopped.

I think the problem was a lot of things. I was trying to run with the top guys. It was super hot, and there was zero shade. I've been training pretty hard. Maybe it just wasn't my day, but I'm not too worried. #stayingpositive
