Good workout. First tough one I've done in a while. It was just me and DJ, because the mile group practically doesn't exist anymore. And DJ wasn't doin so hot in the middle so a chunk of the workout was on my own. We did 1000, 2X600, and I thought it was 3X400 next, but apparently coach wanted us to do 3X300. We found this out after we ran a 400. So then we did 2 300s after the 400. Then 4X200 casually as per usual. The 1000 was a little slow, but still solid. That's always by far the toughest part for me. Then everything else was pretty good. I feel good about how I did. Tomorrow I'll probably take fairly easy, so I don't die from this week. A solid long run on Sunday will equal a great week of training for me.
