Notes
After the tempo, I just kinda chillaxed for about 8 minutes or so before hitting the track and doing some 400s. Luckily the little bit of snow was not a big hindrance, but it was still pretty windy. I did 4X400 with 2 minutes rest. And I was pretty happy with it. As usual, the speed part of the workout was better for me than the strength part.
