Decent long run. Kinda backwards. Did the first half hour in Loftus and the last hour 15 outside. Tried to help pace Grabowski for part of his 3K, but I took him kinda slow, so I feel bad. But he had a good solo effort. My run wasn't too bad. Felt pretty tired at the end, but that's typical long run feeling. Looking forward to my first day off in quite a while tomorrow.
