Very good workout. Possibly my best since arriving on campus. We did mile, 800, mile, 800, mile, and I did really well. I was a little hesitant on the first one, staying back kinda far, but finishing right in the middle of a pack of most of the group 2 guys, but after that I was just off the back of the front group for the miles and right with them for the 800s. And it felt good. I felt confident in my ability, but even more so I just kept asking God for strength to give me the strength to get through the workout, and that helped immensely. And that's the best. Today was a good day.
